Construction on Building 4 is going strong and will be ready for new tenants to move in January 2018.We are actively working with tenants to reserve this space, and two spots currently remain available. There is big momentum with our food and beverage producers at the Village. Vermont Tortilla Company and Douglas Sweets are thriving after just one year of setting down roots here. Their tasty products are now available in stores all over the state and in Whole Foods locations across New England and beyond.
Fiddlehead Brewing draws scores of loyal fans and new visitors to their brewery on our site. We are also thrilled to share that Wild Hart Distillery is now up and running as part of our community with a big grand opening happening on November 11.
